I've tried several methods and still can't install flash player 11

I keep getting the message "I don't have admin permission"! I created a new login, I activated the hidden adminstrator and logged in that way, I even tried doing it in safe mode as the admin.
I'm running Windows 7 Home Preminium on a custom build job. Up until about a week ago I guess is when I started having problems, seems like ever site keeps saying it wants to run adobe flash player or I need to run adobe flash player. It will download and right at the end I get the message that I need or don't have admin permission. I'm baffled and am in need of help.....thanks Rick

Hello Rick and welcome to Seven Forums.

Try running the official Adobe uninstaller to make sure you don't have any remnants left behind.

    Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

Then try reinstalling a fresh copy. The latest version is 11.5.502.135. (Don't forget to uncheck any offered add-ons like browsers, toolbars, etc.)

Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

If still having problems this Adobe article might offer some other solutions.
