Softwares show history ! ! !

i have Win7 64bit ... winamp & win media player classic show history of files used ... i have disabled this option from respective softwares yet they showup in start menu properties ... how do i remove/hide them ???

Ccleaner will clean up MRU lists. In my opinion Ccleaner is the safest and best cleaning program out there.
