deleted program called Zoom downloader, now cant download files.

I recently installed a program called zoomdownloader and i decided to uninstall it, instead of using the uninstall.exe I just put all the files in the recycling bin and deleted them there, Now I cant download a single file from any browser( i've tried internet explorer and firefox). when i try to download from firefox nothing happens when i hit save file, when i try internet explorer a error comes up( the error is in the picture i attached). please help.

If you have a Restore Point from before from before you deleted the files, you can try restoring it.
When you list your Restore Points, you can "Scan for affected programs" to see if zoomdownloader is listed.

Install the program, then uninstall it the right way. Also check browser add-ons and plugins, for some Zoom Downloader related stuff and uninstall that as well.
