How would I go about doing so?

These files are program files, program files (x86), program data, and perf logs It appears they are all on your "D" drive, so just delete them in the usual manner.

HTH No but that doesn't work. It won't let me delete them. Also the "D" drive is just a partition of the C drive.
Thirdly, I need that drive because as you can see, it has Lenovo files that I need for my computer | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Lenovo V570 OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Dual Boot With Windows 8 Pro Memory 6 GB Graphics Card Intel HD Graphics 3000 Monitor(s) Displays HP 2311xi (23") Screen Resolution 1366 x 768 Laptop, 1920 x 1080 Monitor Keyboard Dynex Multimedia Keyboard Mouse Razer Tron Mouse Hard Drives 500 GB Internal, 1 TB External Internet Speed 50 Mb Down, 10 Mb Up |

Thirdly, I need that drive because as you can see, it has Lenovo files that I need for my computer When you try to delete them, what happens? In other words, is there an error message and what does it state? I never said to delete the "D" drive partition, only the folders you want to remove. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64 CPU Intel i5 quad processor Motherboard DP67BG Memory 16 GB Graphics Card Radeon HD 5770 Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays Samsung SyncMaster Screen Resolution 1920X1080 Keyboard MS Wireless Mouse MS Optical Wired PSU Corsair GS800 Case Tower (Generic) Cooling 3 Internal Fans Hard Drives WD 2TB (SATA Internal)
