I was playing around with Windows DVD Maker, and was relatively unimpressed with the lack of customization options (mainly with regards to video compression/format etc). So I did some looking and found a good free
alternative, it's called DVD Flick
and so far I've had no issues with it and 7.
What I like best about it is it will choose the best bit rate for your titles based on how many you'd like to fit on a disc, and you can pick between the standard 4.3GB disc, and the DL 7.9GB.
EDIT: I've also discovered it supports Jump Lists, for those who care!
