Using a program to try & speed up your PC rarely yields any results. In some cases it actually damages the system to the point of being inoperable. If you decide to use any such maintenance program, be sure you have backups of your system.
Some people on this forum use
CCleaner. It's free and does a decent job.
Aside from that, be wary of registry cleaners and programs that promise to speed up your system, most of it is just snake oil. I notice that Wondershare wants you to pay for the program. I don't think it would be a good use of your money.
Also, as
braddersz posted, if you are having problems, you can always post them on the forum and someone will be able to assist you.
