How to remove ad in Orbit Downloader

    Hi, guys.

Anyone using Orbit Downloader? In the latest version, there is a ad zone in the main window. Does anyone know how to remove it?

    Thanks in advance.

Orbit Downloader is an advertising supported program since it may change the web browser's homepage upon installation and also offers to install software that are not critical for its operation.
Recently Orbit Downloader has begun to display built-in Ads inside the program main window at the bottom left corner and also display ads when download finishes dialog box appears.

Sorry there but FREE things are really not free for very long. There is always a price to pay for these sort of programs, yours is Ads..

    Sorry

    Mr. Richnrockville,

Thanks for your reply. You are right and I realize the advantages were over the inconvenience caused now.

Besides, what I wanna ask is, after I modify the items appeared in columns in main window (as the red circle area shown in the attached screenshot) and all layouts are restored after restarting the application. That means Orbit cannot save save UI layout, in the latest version.

    Did I miss something?

    Thanks in advance.

Something tells me that it is hard coded in the program and you can't save it as changed.

    Mr. Richnrockville,

Thanks for your reply again. Fine, that means it was internally programmed. BTW, I have found a way to completely eliminate the inconvenience I mentioned.
