Windows 7: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly

I had updated Nokia Suite 3.7.22. However I have not been able to use program 'cos I get the message
" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly".
I have reinstalled and also ran system configuration disabling all services and start ups but still the problem reoccurs with every reboot. The last event log error is given as follows:
