Does anyone Know how to change date Format on Canon MG 3150

It says it goes with the date and time format of you're os, my os has been changed to short date dd/MM/yyyy and the long date to dd MMMM yyyy. I done this through change date and time settings>calender settings. But the printer is still making a subfolder with date as so 2013_01_23 I want it to be 23_01_2013 is there something I am doing wrong? Thank you in advance

Could you please be more specific? What for your All-in-one device is making a folder? Are you scanning something to a folder?
What software are you using? Solution is likely is in device's software.

Yes It is for my all in one printer I am using the scanner that is installed with the Canon it's called MP Navigator EX 5.0 and it makes a folder for you're images in you're pictures folder called MP Navigator EX, when scanning you have a choice whether to create a subfolder with the current date or without the date. It says in the manual it will go with the date and time format of you're os but obviously not unless I am missing something.

The way you have changed your date settings is correct. Myself, I would do it thru Region menu of Control panel, but final result will be the same.

As for program itself, may be it has some background system service or something and needs a restart for changes to take effect? Though, that is unlikely. Have you tried restart?

Also, I would try to change whole Format to some European to check how printer software would react to that?
    Control Panel - Region- Format
German or European Spanish, Norwegian or Eastern Europe would do too.

Sorry, to give you more help I need to play with this toy myself.
