MSI Installation - No access to Winsxs folder

I'm having problems installing a program packaged as an MSI.
It says i need writing rights to the map Winsxs but I allready have axx (full administrator, taken ownership, etc..).

What causes this problem? Rights are not an issue. Could there be a problem with the register.
