    Any nero6 users?

I've been used nero6 for multi-session and imgburn for image file in XP.

So is nero6 still compatible with win7? if not, what's the successor?
    ashampoo,infra,cdburnerxp,burnaware?
I burned lots of multi-sessions discs with nero 6,so this function is important.
    thank you.

I googled some info and it seems nero6 will crash under win7..
nero 6 is still light-weight,and it's getting larger and larger in later versions so I chose to stay in 6.

Nows the time to consider upgrading Nero or trying a different program. Nero 6 is rather old and youl be missing out on new features that have since come along.

    So you could either:

    1. upgrade to Nero 9
    2. or try software like CDBurnerXP or ImgBurn, both of which are free.

nero 9 package is nearly 400m (if I didn't get it wrong),it's really ironic and unacceptable.

I need a secondary one because imgburn doesn't support multi-session.

You're Welcome. I m sure that Nero 6 will not work on Windows 7. You can still try it though. :)

I've tried Nero 6 on the RC build of Win7. I believe it will give you an error message and will not install. If you go threw the Nero 9 and do a custom install you can cut the file size down.
