Can I get some help with my start up programs?

Yeah I just bought an Alienware m14x and I have lot's of start up programs that I am not sure that I need nor want running at the Start of my windows 7. I know I need like my basic Nvidia and other options, but im not sure what some of the things are nor what I need. Here is a copy of my CCleaner startup. Any help would be great thanks on what I may or may not need running. Or am i totally wrong and it doesn't matter, just seems like my Windows loads a lil slow after I sign in.
