Someone who knows Visual Basic Scripting, help me with a script that was handed to me, but it's not complete and can use a few adjustments to it. The script is a little advanced, just a forewarning :)

I know somewhat VBS and general programming, maybe can take a look. What the script is supposed to do and what the changes about?
BTW, take a look at Stack Overflow, it's a programming forum and for programming questions like this it seems a much better option than sevenforums.
