Run the scan in regular mode. I hate to say this, but IOBIT can cause many problems
I suspected as much. I read a post somewhere about malware running alongside IOBIT's malware fighter. Reading that made me uninstall their malware fighter instantly. I guess I'll go try again in regular mode, but it keeps either stopping or slowing down substantially when it's creating the first file. Third time's the charm, I suppose.

About how long would the process take so I can see if something really is blocking it?
It's gotten to the first "Please Wait.." And has been there for past few minutes.

If it takes too long, should I consider uninstalling all my IOBIT files?

It shouldn't take too long. If your computer is balking running in regular mode, try safe mode.

The DDS text file has too many characters to post here. Should I zip that up too?

You should be able to attach it to your post. If that's still too big then yes, zip it up.

Please copy and paste the .txt logs into notepad. Next, attach the .txt logs using the tutorial (#10)Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

When I did that, I exceeded the character amount limit. That's why I zipped it.
Does it have to be uploaded as a regular .txt file?

Download AdWareCleaner AdwCleaner Download to your desktop
1.Right-click on adwcleaner.exe and select Run As Administrator to launch the application.
    2.Click on Delete button.
    3.Confirm each time with OK.
4.Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart. Please post the content of that logfile in your reply.
Note: You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[Sn].txt as well - n is the order number.
