Flash always crashes on Amazon Prime with Chrome

It used to not crash, now it always does.
The only fix is close the yellow notification, then hit the reload page. Then it will play.

If you do this watch a video and then select another video, flash will always once again crash.
It has been crashing for about a week.

I found this suggestion, so will try it out.

well, it is not working still, problem came back.
The only reliable fix is to save the web address, close then reopen chrome to play the Amazon video.

The plugin says a different message 'not responding' vs crashed.

ALSO, I tried Firefox and it just says loading forever.

I find out if you disable pepper flash, it is renabled when chrome restarts!

So this time I disabled adobe flash and when restarted, adobe flash is staying disabled.

That does not fix it either, i watched a section of video, then clicked a new title and flash crashed.

Try using the official Adobe Flash uninstaller to remove Adobe Flash from all browsers on your computer. Important to follow all steps exactly.

    Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

Then reinstall latest Flash version and plug-ins for all browsers installed on your computer. Remember to uncheck any unwanted browsers, toolbars, etc that may be offered as part of the download.

Ok, I will try. Also discovered that I cant view youtube either on chrome or firefox.

Firefox simply says an error has occured, try again later.

Couple more free on-demand scanners you can try:

    ESET Online Scanner

    HitmanPro

    SuperAntispyware

You could also try Windows Defender Offline. This is a bootable scanner that should be created on a computer that is known to be malware free. This scanner checks your computer before Windows starts. If the possibly infectected machine is 64-bit, then the disk or flash drive needs to be made on another 64-bit machine.
