find ram and hdd speed manually without a software within windows

(speccy, cpu-z, Cpuid,,,, and others), can find stuff no one can find:

How to find these 2 manually without using them """within windows"""?
1> RAM SPEED in MHZ eg (800,1333,1600,1866)
2> HDD SPEED in RPM eg (5400,7200)

again ""within windows"" no internet check, no ask, no software only you and the PC.
    system is windows 7 ULTIMATE x64 - a laptop

Entering BIOS setup on booting up should access the Ram speed at least.

Look at your bios screen during boot, but this is still not in windows.

Or look at the label on the ram. That would be the easiest way.

Not sure if there is a way without software.
