Windows not genuine/counterfeit + Wireless problem
I try to make this as short as possible.
Right now,I'm using my broadband because my wireless connection
couldn't catch any signal at my own home. But everybody can.
Last 3 weeks,I lose my connection due to our main cable got struck
by lightning and few days earlier,I updated my windows as usual
and a day later as I log in,I saw something like this 'Windows not genuine...
go online and solve it' or something like this 'You maybe a victim of software
counterfeiting...go online and solve it'
What makes no sense is,all this time nothing happen everytime I update my
laptop. Also,is it because of this not genuine thing made my wireless unable
to get the connection?
I tried recovery and cleaned my laptop using Malwarebytes and yes it worked.
Also,Malwarebyted detected 2 malwares for me.That time,I didn't know that
my laptop was the only one couldn't access the internet so I called the internet
center and made a complaint.2 workers came and replaced the modem and
they made a recovery for my laptop which I don't know why.
After that,I get back this not genuine/counterfeit thing and also, still couldn't
access the internet.
I know you guys are expert and clearly I sound so funny here so I hope
somebody will help his/her best for me here because all of my works got
delayed due to these 2 problems.Thank you!
