Windows 7: yontoo will NOT uninstall

I went to the control pannel then click on uninstall program. I click on Yontoo then uninstall. İt gives me an error as:
C:\PROGRA ~ 3\TARMAI ~ 1\ {880DF ~1\ setup.dat
Error 2 while loading archieve: The system cannot find the file specified.

How do I get rid of this?

I think its an add on to your browser try Ccleaner to remove it

Did you try looking in your program folder and just deleting it from there?

Or maybe, ...... have you tried running malwarebytes? Or SuperAntiSpyware?

Malware bytes didn't touch it. (I even bought the Pro Version).

Even though the Program and Features option shows that Yontoo is an installed program, Windows explorer finds the Yontoo Folder under Program Files (x86), but when open, the OS says the folder is empty.

Uninstall just brings up an Yontoo unistaller that doesn't work.
