Black screen with cursor, safe mode wont load

    the thing is, the computer doesnt load anything anyhow, basically i cant access anything i can just turn it on but it wont load anything..
    so i cant run that

    Ah yes forgot

    Do you have anything plugged into the desktop ? Besides the mouse and keyboard ? Unplug everything but the mouse and keyboard

    Disable the NIC(LAN) inside the bios . It should be listed under Integrated Peripherals

    1. Boot into System Recovery Options
    2. Click command prompt
    3. Type:
    Code:
     
    sfc /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=C:\  /OFFWINDIR=C:\Windows

    only thing i get in recovery options
