Automatic program load in safe mode

I am trying to make a program automatically load along with the basic drivers and files windows loads in safe mode.
I've seen several people doing it, so how can I do it?

You should have a complete backup of your system so that you can re-image it in case you brick the computer.

The steps that you need to take depend on what the program is and how the program works. What is the program that you want to automatically run while in the safe mode?

It's not a service, basically it's a .exe file

It's a Remote Administration Tool(server).

You would be better off using TeamViewer since it already works in the safe mode.
