American Greeting Workspace to large for my computer

I use "Create & Print" two or three times a week to send card to my associates. The AG workspace extends below my monitor and there is no way to bring it up. No vertical or horizontal scroll bars and no way to add them. The workspace is held at the AG server and I only can edit or save my particular project. Up until two weeks ago I was able to the editing because the workspace fit on my monitor in spite of the resolution being set to notebook manufacturers recommended reso of 1366X768. AG recommends !024X768 which I am able to do and did for trouble shooting with the AG rep. He and I spent an hour trying to get to the bottom of this.
TO my knowledge there have not been any additions to my computer or changes to any of the adjustments I have the latest version browsers.. Checked my drivers, no errors found, did a restore to a date more than two weeks ago and ran the windows repair disk. I do reular image backups but have none older than two weeks. I'm going to change that. I am at aloss for other ideas. Does anybody reading this have any ideas or experience with AG?

Have you updated to the latest Intel Drivers? Can you lower the resolution?

What happens if to hold down the Ctrl key and roll the mouse wheel or the simulated mouse wheel (right edge of mouse pad) to decrease the size of things on the page?

Set the res back to 1366X768 first.

The drivers are up to date. I checked.
Rolling the mouse wheel does nothing. CTRL+Wheel.

What happens if you boot to Safe Mode with Networking? Does it work correctly then?

You might try Compatibility View on your browser.

The only other thought I have is that there's some scripts that are being blocked on the webpage for one reason or another. Is there a yellow warning in the left lower corner of IE? If so, click on it to show the errors. A couple of screen shots of what you see might help too.

Also, does it work correctly in any other browser?

American Greetings recommends IE at 1024X768 resolution. IE was the last browser to begin exhibiting the large page. Trying "Create and Print" in Safe mode didn't help. Safe mode has the same problems as regular mode.

It would be nice to have a resolutrion tester that could compare the heigth of the screen against the received video.

Try Firefox anyway, see what happens.

Is there a trial area of AGC? I couldn't find one. I'd like to try one to see if I get the same results you do.
