    There is a software on my notification hoolapp.exe. I uninstall that problem. It shows on my notification.

    No not really. What I don't understand is why is it in my notification list.

    A quick Google search revealed that hoolapp.exe has a relation with some android app.

    Nothing on google that can help me. Although still searching. If anyone else can help me, I would appreciate.

    Can you post a screen capture image of your notification list please? It will help make it clearer.

    How did you uninstall the software?

    I uninstall it from control panel uninstall programs.
