Main Screen Flashing a darker color

I woke the machine from sleep and my main screen (screen 1 ) is flashing a darker color.

    Any ideas?

This is a desktop, with 2 monitors attached? If you switch the monitors, make the secondary the primary, and visa versa, does the flashing move to the other monitor, or remain on the same monitor? If the problem remains on the same monitor, it's likely a monitor failure. If so, does the monitors menus (On screen display = OSD) also flash, or only the video in the background? Is the problem full time, or does it correct after warmed up? A Guy

Hey, thanks for your response. This was resolved on a reboot. Good idea to check it that way!
