This application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).

For some reason when I open up certain programs in my computer I get this problem. The programs include Adobe Premiere Pro, Office 2013 and a few other programs.

.

Here are the details of my system computer:

I have also done a scheduled system scan and it took hours to complete but didn't solve any errors.

My friend to me to reinstall Windows 7 but I don't want to do that. I have a lot of important stuff to keep. How do I solve this problem?

Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

%hs is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

Have you tried reinstalling the program?

What bit version have you installed, and for what operating system?

I believe that according to the screenshot I gave you about the details, it's a Windows 7 64 Bit computer. I downloaded it as a 32 bit or maybe 64 bit but I couldn't remember because I don't want to have to reinstall it and have to pay the money again.

Are there any other solutions maybe? What is %hs?

%hs is just a placeholder name, it's meant to be substituted for the program which is causing the problem.

You must have purchased a product key to activate the program when you installed it, so you shouldn't have to pay for the program again.

32-bit programs should be able to work with a 64-bit operating system, however, if there is a 64-bit version then I would recommend installing it.
