My bluetooth doesn't work. bttray doesn't open.

    Hello.
I am quite new here, but I've been wanting to get this problem solved for a long time, and I haven't seemed to get any answer.

    So here's my problem:

I bought my Asus N53SV for around a year ago, and it worked great. But for some reason something changed.
When I try to open bluetooth, nothing happens. And when I want to connect anything using bluetooth, it doesn't work.

    I tried to do this:
    [windows] + r >bttray
    But nothing opens up.

    Please help!

    Thank you,
    Karstin

    Hello.

Alright, I did this right now, but nothing seems to have happened.

I realised that there is something called "bluetooth-file transfer" and something else called "bluetooth suite"

Bluetooth suite is the program that came with the computer, and it used to be locked in my start tray.

But thank you for you help

    Thank you,
    Karstin.

PS. Now, when I type in "bttray" it says "windows couldn't find what you were looking for.

    Hello.

I am sorry, if I keep bothering you. But just to make sure I don't mess anything up on my computer, I have to ask if you want me to uninstall all the drivers here before re installing them.

I apparently have four drivers installed:

Windows driver package - (BTHUSB) *and then a calendar date*
    and 3 of these:
windows driver package - broadcam bluetooth *a calendar date*

Thank you, and sorry for the disturbance.

    Hi Karstin,

Yes it would be advisable that you remove the existing drivers and then install the drivers/software from the website.

You can also visit ASUS forums as well on the link below:
