Notepad++ Settings and Localization

1) My Notepad++ interface language is Hebrew (RTL).
Can I still set default text DIRECTION to LTR?

2) How can I localize plugins?

3) Customize Toolbar plugin:
If I set a custom icon to a command which already has an icon, the custom image only sticks for the session (i.e. the original image reappears on the next startup).
Id be grateful for your help.

I like Notepad++ but you'll need to get that kind of help from their forums I would imagine.
