    You have to register on the site in order to get an activation code -- and then, when you install this FREE version, you will not get any future upgrades -- says so when you scroll down the online page for the download.

    The paid version (for $20) is a much better deal.

    Nothing that a simple copy/paste can't handle
    Don't see the point of even using such a program (free or not), when there are already many methods to do the same with the built-in tools of pretty much any current OS.
