"A problem occured" in Remote Assistance!!

Hello,

I have a user that is running Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit, when she tries to use Windows Remote Assistance she always gets this error at the point where you select the Invite method, "A problem occurred, A problem occurred that might prevent Remote Assistance from working. Try again, or contact your system administrator."

I've check all the standard stuff, she does have "Allow remote assistance connections to this computer" checked, "Allow this computer to be controlled remotely" is also check. She is the only one in the department that is having this problem. Any ideas would be greatl apprciated!

Thanks!

R.

Not a solution, but you can use a workaround. CROSSLOOP or TEAMVIEWER

Thanks Kaktussoft, I've been considering those two options if I can't find a fix for Remote Assistance. Thanks for the info though!
