Delete unwanted system folder [kuaiyong] help please!

I installed this program called kuaiyong by some chinese developers for my friend's ipod. It created a system folder which i cannot delete or do anything else [shown in screenshots below]. I feel as though my laptop is contaminated and i want to get rid of it! I am only 14 years old and i want an easy solution. I have a Dell Latitude E4300 [laptop] running win7 32bit. Please no solutions with command line/safe boot/system restores as it is very tough for me. I would greatly appreciate any of you who could recommend an easy tutorial for me or any software that I can use.
    Thank you very much

Does the program have an uninstaller? If so, have you tried that?

    What about uninstalling using this?
Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

No error messages of any sort, no delete option in right click menu, cannot drag into recycle bin. Thanks for all your help though.
