    1. Download and run the Microsoft fix-it-tool ----> i downloaded it then clicked ''detect problems and apply fixes for me (RECOMMENDED)'' than it asked me if i had problems installing or uninstalling a program so i clicked installing ... than it searched for 10 seconds and it found me alot of programs but none of them was internet explorer so i clicked ''not listed'' and than i get this : Screenshot by Lightshot...
i did the second step aswell it went alright (Download the Microsoft System Update Preparation Tool and run it)

    i couldn't find the that update :
Uninstall Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 (System Control Panel – Uninstall Programs – Show Installed Updates – Look for IE 9 and double-click)...
i tried to skip that step and intall the IE10 but it says that i couldnt install it...
    Is it a IE10n install error 9C59?

    Did you do:
    1. Download and run the Microsoft fix-it-tool (http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/)
    2. Download the Microsoft System Update Preparation Tool and run it
    If so post
    %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
    %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log

    Run from Elevated Command Prompt
    Code:
    sfc/scannow
    No integrity errors?
    Still no anwer.... pff

Just open %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log in notepad and copy/paste the contents to this forum. Or make a screenshot of contents.

The bowser info screen shows you have internet explorer 8!! Of course you cannot find internet explorer 9 in the installed programs section!

%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log =>no problems at all on last run of system update readyness program.
%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log (2013-07-11 00:17): on July 11th it reports some problems. But they are all fake problems (known bug). YOU HAD IE10 INSTALLED! Nothing to worry about.

    so far so good!
