Vegas Pro 12.0 freezes at ''Initializing UI''

So first of i got Sony Vegas Pro 11.0 and it worked just fine. Until one day i opened my computer normally and then opened Vegas, it just froze to ''Initializing UI''. So i tried to fix it in many different ways, like doing a clean uninstall and re install but nothing seemed to work. Then Sony Vegas Pro 12.0 came and downloaded it, thinking that now it would work. Of course i was wrong. But i noticed something different this time. If i waited for about 10-20 seconds in the top right corner popped an empty screen named ''SfVstServer''. So i browsed through the internet and heard that it's some kind o virus. So i scanned my computer and didn't find any infected files. So after that i restarted my computer and tried again. Still froze to the same spot but the''SfVstServer'' was nowhere to be seen. I'm super frustrated and willing to try anything.

If you have any ideas, pleas post them.

Make sure you have the latest version of QuickTime installed.

I just found out that if i go to task manager there's a process called ''sfvstserver'' and it's description says ''Sony VST Srver''.
Dunno what that's all about, but i hope it helps.

Vegas Pro 12.0 Installer not opening

I went to Sony's website to download the trial version of Sony Vegas pro 12.0, and it downloaded me the installer. So i double clicked the installer and a small screen popped up asking do i want to let this program make changes to my computer. After clicking yes, nothing happened. No error sign, no nothing. So i went to my Task Manager to check and there it was. On the process section was a thing called vegaspro12.0. but i couldn't do anything else with it than close it. Also if i open the installer, lets say three times, there's three vegaspro12.0 in the task manager.

    Any help is needed.

    Sony installers not opening.

I tried to download the trial version of Sony Vegas Pro 12.0 but the installer wouldn't open. I got kinda curious so i downloaded some other sony products but nothing seems to work. If you have any ideas, i would be really thankful if you could just try.
