Messenger Frozen BEX

Can anybody help me?

I tried to log in into my Messenger but i keep receving this error:

I uninstall/re-install the app but it keep showing me the error

BEX usually means that the process crashed because of a buffer overflow, now why this happens is another story.

A reinstall would be advisable in any circumstances. Might be also caused by malware..
