Uninstall VS 2012 Express

Hi, I was wondering if there is an uninstall utility for visual studio 2012 express for windows desktop...or if not, then how do i uninstall it manually. I only found ones for the 2010 version. I will be replacing it with the ultimate edition.

I would suggest Revo uninstaller. Its probably the quickest way to completely remove unwanted programs..

I don't think there is a removal tool for Visual Studio, I've always removed the program through Control Panel.

It should be listed on the installed programs in control panel, from there it should uninstall normally.
A particular problem with Visual Studio is that it also install all kind of bloatware into that list too, ideally you should take the time to remove them all, but for most purposes it will suffice, mostly if you're thinking of reinstalling another edition over it.

I see a "Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows Desktop ENU" in the uninstall programs list in the control panel. Is that all i need to remove or should i also remove the other stuff that installed along with it (which i dont know )? Would i be able to install the ultimate edition even if i dont remove the extra components installed by the express edition?

Just remove all the entries for the program, that's what I used to do.

With that alone will be enough, it's the main component that forms VS. The rest is poorly designed bloatware, and will be reinstalled anyway (and will take a lot of time), I would not bother with them unless the reinstall gives a problem.
