Formatting drive with Active KillDisk

I'm finding the process itself to be somewhat confusing. Not the creating a Bootable CD/Floppy/USB part, but the formatting part.

Anywhere I could find a step-by-step guide?

Thanks.

Active Killdisk is used for wiping drives not formatting. I would advise using the Easeus Partition Master for formatting and partitioning. The free version is compatible with 32 bit Windows 7 but the trial version supports both 32 and 64 bit versions.
