Fatal Application Error #1141 - Rosetta Stone Totale

When i try to open Rosetta Stone Totale, it gives the error "Fatal Application Error #1141"
It's one of my customer's computer running windows 8. Thank you for help in Advance

Have you tried to do a repair install on the program? Or uninstall/re install it?

Yes, but it did no good, thank you replying. But finally i got that resolved by enabling Rosetta Daemon service under services.msc. It worked!!!!!

its saying 1141 erorr i clicked on rosetta stone demon clicked on Automatic still didnt work ive tryed manual still didnt work ?
im using window vista think im using window 7
i have many of times to repair install uninstall im just going round in circles
