Skype and Steam Big Picture problem

I am sorry for bargin in like this, but I have problem (odlly, almost the same) whit these two different programs. As you can see onn the screen shots, Skype and SBP don't show (alomst) any graphic elements nad letters. What could the problem be?
And I am sorry for any grammatical error I make in my posts. English isn't my native language.

It can possibly be malware , however before you repair your Computer . Scan your computer with Malwarebytes. I will provide the link below, let me know what happens.

No spyware and malaware found, so I'll probably have to repair my windows installation.

Try a System Restore as well , maybe you can restore your computer to an earlier time , before you encountered this issue.

Problem solved. Repairing the installation worked like a charm. Skype and SBP work flawlessly now.
Thanks Rawad for your help!
