How to enable multiple users at same time running on one Win7 x32?

I will now explain my problem to you:
Two weeks ago, I got my PC stucked in infinite startup recovery loop (because after boot of system, before Windows logo shows up, there is a menu, but my USB keyboards doesn't loaded up yet so I can't choose another option - boot normally - but have to wait 30 seconds to boot into Startup Recovery), so I took the PC to a repair, where I was granted access to the CMD, through which I fixed PC manuallly (wrong extensions in "D:\Windows\System\config").
Then, when I got my PC home, I had swapped cables in USB hub (4 ports).
Now I have: 2 USB mouses, 1 USB keyboard and 1 USB wireless keyboard (plugged in reciever
I used ASTER v7 x2 32bit trial, but trial expired, so I can't change which mouse will go into which station (monitor).
So can You please help me?
    Can you find out:

    1) How to get back into Aster config WITHOUT buying Aster, or,
    2) Another application that allows multiple users running on two screens but only one copy of Windows?

    Please help me

Last note: On Yahoo Answers (answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20130930112016AABxKFU), I got answer "Investigate Virtual PC. You can create another computer and OS inside the present one." - I want to run two USERS on 1 copy of Win7, not two OS on 1 Win7!

Windows 7 is a desktop OS, not a server OS, and as such, is not designed natively to allow multiple concurrent users. There are "hacks" that will allow concurrent remote sessions, but the default is that if one user is logged in remotely, and a second tried to log in, the first user becomes suspended.

Don't know if publishing "hacks" is in keeping with the forum Code of Conduct ... so I'm going to pass on that.
