| | KeePass Lost Write Permission to Install Location I've been using KeePass for the past month or so storing the KeePass database in the KeePass installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass Password Safe 2). This has been a non-issue up until yesterday when I now receive a write-restricted message... Quote: C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass Password Safe 2\NewDatabase.kdbx Failed to save the current database to the specified location! Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass Password Safe 2\NewDatabase.kdbx.tmp' is denied. The target file might be in a corrupted state. Please try saving again, and if that fails, save the database to a different location. |
