For Firefox, start with the suggestions in this mozillaZine thread:

Have you uninstalled Flash and then reinstalled it?

Tried all of that, nothing seems to be fixing this problem, flash only works for me on google chrome, not opera or firefox

Assuming that you are installing the proper version of Flash, which would seem to be true as you have a plugin for Firefox, about the only things I can think of to try would be to first run Firefox in safe mode, and if that does not work, then to try creating and testing a new Fx profile.

I've no idea about Opera, having never installed it.

Safe Mode does not disable plugins, but extensions can cause problems with plugins:

Safe Mode - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

You might also try disabling all other Fx plug ins; not likely to help, but won't hurt to try.

Profile Manager - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

If none of those tests work, then I can only suggest that you try mzillaZine, where there are many experts available to assist:

I used to get the same problem with Chrome a while back. But it has stopped happening. My guess is one of the Chrome updates fixed something. Why bother with FireFox anyway?
