Visual Alarm On Full Charge

Greetings,

After a while of searching with no useful result, I decided to come here and ask for help. Do any of you know of a program that creates a visual alarm when your battery is fully charged and doesn't stop until you press a button? Both visual and audio alarm at the same time would be awesome but I just need to see when my battery's fully charged so I can unplug.

I've tried several sound alarms before but I always miss them because I have either headphones or earphones plugged in and hung on the side so I wouldn't be able to hear it.

Here is an option: Laptop Battery Monitor. It tracks your battery life and alerts when it is fully charged. It can also shows you how much time you have left on batteries in hours, minutes, and seconds.

I'll try it out. Hopefully it's alert is visual because I keep missing audio alerts when I have my headphones hanging.

Does Windows 7 have something like this or...

Alarm Clock
I would like to find a good free download for an alarm clock, because the one that I used in the past (World Time by Pawprint) sets off the spyware/malware alarms on several of my security programs. Would anyone know of such a program, that they are confident that is is spyware/malware free?

really annoying alarm
In the beginning I messed around and had to restore my computer via the factory disk. I backed up all of my files, reinstalled win 7 and put all my files back. Well, the disk I had for my media player (Cyberlink) broke and this was sadly one of the few files that I did not back up. Well...

Is there a sort of alarm clock in Windows? I mean that sort of thing that I set e.g. to 3:15 pm and it goes off and displays a notice that reminds me of what I wanted to do at that time. I seem to remember that there was a thing like that in Win 95, but it was dropped in WinXP and I haven't...
