    Miranda Instant Messenger

Hi, is the miranda instant messenger safe to use? The site is: Miranda IM - Home of the Miranda IM client. Smaller, Faster, Easier I haven't seen a lot of information of this but it sounds great. Thanks.

i think it offered me realplayer the last time i installed it, i declined i already have it :).

when you have a thread of messages when chatting between friends there will be an occasional ad to prompt you to buy pro ,but you can hide the ads and its not too much hassle.
i wouldnt worry about the wot comments, try it if you dont like delete it, just be careful to decline any extra offers, most free softwares have extras which allows them to offer us free things.
    no biggy.

also its skinable , and customisable.
i have it as it checks my emails for me and gives me pop up notices when i get new mail, i have facebook pop ups too.
this is my custom trillian interface.
i closed the contacts etc for privacy but normally you can see your mail addresses and a count on the inbox's
