Windows 7: Unchecky -Automatically unchecks unrelated offers

Based on Brittons experience with Symantec, I decide to test Unchecky. It looks to be quite clean, so I can only surmise that Symantec is a bit sensitive to this files behaviour.

Yeah, I'd assume it was more about behavior then the actual file. When I get something like that, I can just right click the file and send it to Virus Total using the Virus Total Uploader. I can't blame Gary for deleting it though

I am overly paranoid cautious I suppose. IT may be as Colin says due to the nature of its function Norton flagged it. There was some discussion on the Bit Defender forums about it being a false positive.

It's kinda-sorta the reason we don't want to run two AVs side by side, they detect each other as malware due the deeply embedded functions in the OS, which is needed for them to do their proper work.
