Open System32 Folder at every restart

Hi and sorry if it's been asked before,but i couldnt find a solution to my specific problem,which is everytime i restart i get a window on the desktop,i will try to include a snip of the window,any advise on how to fix this would be great,thank you for reading.

Win 7 Ultimate x64

It should be the same cause in XP. Have a look here,

System32 Folder Opens When Logging on to Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows NT 4.0

and see if that fixes it.
