    Flash Player 11 not working

Hi! I'm having a problem with Flash Player. Everytime a game or a vídeo needs it to work I get a message saying I have to download the latest version. But I already have it! This happens mostly on Facebook apps and vídeos. And it´s not a Facebook problem because I logged in on another PC and it works just fine. Can you help me with this?

Check your flash version to make sure you have the latest: Find version
If your version is not 11.9.900.152 you need to update flash.

The thing is I already have the latest version... Of course it was the first thing I did when I started getting theses messages, downloading it.

Try uninstalling it completely and install it again.

Try using compatibility view at Facebook. Facebook has had all kinds of flash issues with IE11

Internet Explorer Compatibility View - Turn On or Off

If no help, your best bet is to go back to IE10 until MS fixes all the issues IE11 has. This is for IE10, but the procedure is the same. See Option Three in the tutorial

Internet Explorer 10 - Install or Uninstall in Windows 7

I've been lucky, videos on Facebook in IE11 64bit play fine with FlashUtil64_11_9_900_152_ActiveX.exe

I've not tested any Facebook games.

    Some things to try

Did you uninstall flash player fully using the removal tool before rebooting in order to flush the system cache? If this is not the case - try full removal then reboot and only then reinstall flash player.

The removal tool and insrtuctions: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/...r-windows.html

You need to follow all steps listed 1-4 to ensure full removal.

Another possibility is that IE11 security setting are wrong. The easiest way to fix this is to start IE then choose Tools> Options> Advanced> Reset. Then re-enable any add ons that you still need to use (Tools> Manage add ons). You need to display the menu bar to see these options. To display the menu bar right click on the blank area next to any open tab

    Alternatively instead of resetting IE:

    Choose Tools> Options> Internet Options> Security> Custom Level

Scroll down the list then check that anything related to Active X content is set to the default settings:
