Someone here using Nuke 7/8? ( FlexLM can't find license.dat )

I'm stucked on the license server installation.

License server can't find the file c:\flexlm\license.dat. "There's no such file or directory".
And its true, there's no license.dat file in the whole computer.

I've followed install instructions carefully step by step. ¿When is that file/directory supposed to be created?

Anyway... if someone can post for me what's in that file, I'd change it to my own machine settings and give Flexlm what he wants...

Perhaps you would get a quicker resolution by contacting the software developer regarding the license issue.

Hi, scr, Aguy

Sorry, I left this post unnattended after one or two days. Apologize for the delay. I'm afraid I'm one of these users that comes to the forum whe in trouble...

scr: I would, but I was installing a "Verbatim" version of the applicattion...

A Guy: Finally the problem was my disk configuration. The license manager version I have is not RAID compatible.

I simply gave u the raid , went back to nonraid disks, and working.

Thanks you both.
