Windows 7: Can no longer install without doing "Run As Admin"..

I don't ever get low disk space warnings but would address it as soon as I got the warning because I don't like to be bothered. If I can't fit the OS, programs, Paging and Hibernate file on the SSD to benefit from the speed, then I would buy a larger one.

I do not make a separate Admin account on my installs, who don't need to ask themselves if they can do something every time they're prompted. I use an Admin level account which is normally set up during install because that's what the owner is expected to have. Keep UAC at one of the highest settings unless you really know what you're doing, as it will prompt you if something is trying to run without your knowledge.

What I mean is when you are asked to give a name to this default account at install time, do you name it "Admin" (rather than your actual name) so that when you create a Standard account, you are able to create a user with your real name?

I always give the default admin account my "real" name, say, JimBob. If I really want a standard account (which I don't use) it can be named JimBob2, or something similar.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I give my account set up at install the name Greg, or whoever's name it is being installed for, and then I don't create a Standard User account which is IMO silly since it only asks you if you want to do something you're already trying to do. If something is trying to run on your PC, you will be warned by UAC whether you are Admin or Standard User. So there is IMO no added protection to using a Standard Account, which is why an Admin is assigned to the assumed owner during install.

OK, I reformatted ALL my drives. I transferred back all my data to the secondary drives and I've reinstalled fresh Windows 7. I am creating restore points before installing every program, and am testing for the Error 5 Access Denied. My system is almost all setup now and the error did not come back, so thats really good. All I have left to install is Adobe Suite.

Thanks for your help everyone.
