After I accidently deleted few files from my computer I had to tragically system restore my PC, and the programs that were listed to be affected were Skype and Spotify, which is fine.
After the System Restore, I re-installed Skype and this what happens (see image below)
I uninstalled it then installed it again, and still the same thing.
Does anyone have any options to fix this?

Do you have those files that you accidentally deleted backed up at all? Also; you might want to try and do a restore to back before those files were deleted if it will let you do so and see if that helps ya any.
You should try uninstalling one last time and use Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Uninstall Programs to completly delete all the Skype files for a completly clean install.
