[HELP]Some Programs Suddenly Crash at the Same Time

Hey, recently this problem happened to me. Something makes all running programs crash. Not only that, my gadgets graphics looks like broken and goes black, Task Manager, goes blank, no sounds come out, and all of my bookmarks, cookie, stored password, and history in IE, Firefox, Google Chrome is gone.

It fix itself when I restart the computer, but after some time, this problem happened again. What is going on here? Oh yeah, because of this problem, all of my antivirus software is crashed too. I start back Microsoft Security Essentials and my real time protection is suddenly turned off. I click turn on, but MSE says "Real time protection couldn't be turned on. It happens to all my antivirus software.

Many more things, when I run the installer, it always says there is a corruption in the file even I downloaded it correctly. Can't open MMC (event viewer), it says "class not registered". MSE real time protection not available. Error when opening any Microsoft Office. Strange user account folder in C:\Users\, but can't be seen in User Account Control.

Is this a virus attack? Or there is a problem in the driver?

Please help.
