Adobe Acrobat Print Issue?

Hey Guys,

Not sure if this is posted in the right place, but I wasn't quite sure, if its in the wrong section I'm glady move it.

I am having an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro, where a user is printing from her machine and the first page comes out the way it should (11x17, whole page) but the rest come out on the same size but in different places (a peice cut off here, a peice cut off there, different dimensions) and I'm not sure why. I have never seen this on another machine and it works fine everywhere but hers, during lunch I'm going to uninstall and reinstall it, but I'd like to know what the issue is. if you need further details let me know, it's on a windows 7 machine, memory isn't an issue, i'm guessing its some setting within adobe that I can't find. I have, and it seems to be right, i mean the first page comes out fine so not sure how that would effect the rest if they're all the same but printing different.
