Acrobat 7 standard & Win 7

Adobe says they do not support any Acrobat product except the latest version on Windows 7, however, I think this does not mean earlier versions of Acrobat will not run on Windows 7. In fact I installed Acrobat 7 on my Windows 7 system, nothing thinking, and subsequently it seems to run fine.

But, since I can't get anything more out of Adobe, I thought perhaps a question here might help. Will my installation of Acrobat 7 on my Windows 7 machine screw up anything in Windows 7? It seems to work. If it does, can I just not worry about it, or does having it even installed on Windows 7 cause problems?

Thank you for any help.
